Best of Electro Best of Weekly Electro (10 Best Bangers!) Week 31
Hey people of the world: if you want some of this delicious candy you’ll have to step inside the van. Of course by candy I mean the net’s top dance songs, and by van I mean our windowless blog called bitcandy.com. I promise there is a waterbed and disco ball.
This week we have all sorts of new stuff for you, including the new Crystal Castles track among other great hits. So turn up the dial, lock the doors and remember: don’t come knockin if the van is rockin. It’s not that anything exciting is happening, it’s just that we can’t hear you over the bass.
In other EDM news, Tomorrowland, the big fest held in the town of Boom, Belgium, just closed out on Sunday. Kaskade did a live stream from the Staples Center in LA, which Glitch was lucky enough to go to. And Hard Summer is coming up this weekend in Los Angeles!
Eric Prydz - Allein
Summer anthem anyone? Not necessarily brand spanking new as a track but we’re loving it. Kinda a cover in the Eric Prydz way of covers (see “Call On Me”)...but this time instead of Steve Winwood he’s tapping into German band Polarkreis 18 for their great song “Allein Allein.” Check out the original here.
Hadouken! - Bad Signal (The Prototypes Remix)
OMG. This is the true definition of “the stinky finger.” (translation = nose cringing awesome electro).
Flosstradamus - Rollup (Baauer Remix)
Getting the week started off with some trap on trap action thanks to Floss and Baauer. In case you didn’t know, Flosstradamus are fans of marijuana. Not only is this song a reference to the green leafy, it also sounds better on it.
