So, we know Merriweather Post Pavilion was a big buzzy deal, scored 108956.9893 on Pitchfork, and was basically the biggest fucking thing in independent music since the last biggest fucking thing in independent music. But rather than attempt (and fail) to...
I'm really sorry Chan...but have to give ur album a 2.2 (for the 2 - and change - fully good songs), and if I can give a negative rating for your new hair style I would. I mean...why do women get to a certain age and decide they have to cut off their sexy femininity? &nb...
When writing Reviews On Music, it's easy to default into just trashing albums or bands because those types or reviews are far more enjoyable to write. Other times albums are just really shitty and deserve to be called out as such.
My high school science teacher was the kind of person who thought that just because her class was difficult, that made it good. This line of thinking has always driven be crazy, not because things that are difficult can't be good, but because the two are far from synonomous.
Damn! Its been a hella long time I could write about and suggest an album you really need to have. Yeah...a lot of the recent indie releases have left us high and dry. But not to fear. A great artist has arrived in your inbox. And that artist's name is Yagya.
The Darkness is back with a fresh dose of hair metal themed ear candy for your listening enjoyment. It’s been a little while since their last release but for those of us who grew up on their blistering guitar solos and high range vocals, there will always be a special place in our hearts for their metal...
Hey, good job! You've found BitCandy's Reviews On Music. If you're like me, you probably have a sexy, refined music taste of indie, alternative pop and electro. You're probably also constantly wondering " What Is The Best Music?" At BitCandy's Reviews we post our reviews for the best handpicked new album releases, as well as the Most Hyped Fails in our Poser section.
You see, personally, I don't really care about what's in the middle! I read so many "music" magazines that highlight only a few "must hear" bands, but if you look closer, the 30 or so other reviews they waste your time on are in the "W" category. "W" for "whatever" and "who cares?!" At our Reviews On Music we only tell you what's absolutely exceptional or who's a complete Poser (and that list might surprise you!). We cover both signed and unsigned releases, because really....when it comes to the Best Music 2012, who cares if someone has a label deal or not? Our job is to say either "this is the best Album 2012" or if it's the worst!
Welcome to our
Reviews On Music and hope you enjoy as much as we do writing them up for you. Thanks for visiting BitCandy.
